The judges did him no favors by never criticizing him. Even some of his fans recognized that he wasn't perfect and could have benefited from a little constructive criticism.

Shocker yes. I don't really care for James, his voice is NOT music to my ears - sometimes nasally, frequently off-key. Having said that, he did make the show much more interesting. But he always ruins whatever good-will…

I read the Taylor Lautner one too on bring inappropiate - funny - but kind of is my m.o. these days.....re Adam. :)

Just getting back from leg 3 of the Glam Nation Tour, and just getting caught up. But this photo is going on MY FB page too - pronto.
Too freakin awesome. Tomi won a M&G with Adam - a call-in radio contest. We had been trying all week to win a raffle contest - going to various locations in the area to get a ticket - and the call-in contest and any other contest we got wind of. She finally won - I was shocked and honored she chose me to go with her because she kept saying she would auction the other one off for DonorsChoose. We've been doing stuff together since last Aug, so I think she didn't want to share to event with a stranger. I'm very lucky.
There was a 15 minute radio interview we sat in on (61 people in all attended). Then got to say hi and a pic. Sadly, no autographs.
I managed to keep it together enough to extend my hand and to say hello I'm Dori (why didn't I just go for the hug?!?), then he complimented me on my earrings (wow he notices sh#* like that!) At that point I'm PRETTY sure I said thank you, but was definitely starting to lose it. *flail* What a SWEETIE.
The next morning I went online to see the interview again (because I wanted to make sure it happened) and realized I didn't remember the first 10 sec of the interview. That's what happens when you meet him or are in the same room - your mind goes blank, you turn blind momentarily and you have no memory of it. But I am making progress because I remember a good 90% of my meeting with him.
And this picture finally redeems the crazed fan look I had on the pic from NYC in Nov.
Wish there could have been more time, but I'm more than happy I have this at least.

- Sounds awesome, you're so lucky! One time, my friend got up at 6am and went to some radio contest where you had to literally find a needle in a haystack in order to meet Nick Lachey! So she found two! And we got to meet Nick! This was at the height of the "Newlyweds" fame! Oh how I wish I had a friend that was that gung ho about Adam!!
